Texture Catering was founded by Rohan Jackson, professionally trained chef and foodie.
Rohan started cooking among friends in Jamaica, then after moving to the United States, graduated with an Associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors in Hospitality Management. Currently Rohan is pursing his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Clemson University.
Texture Catering will cater for groups as few as two, or as many as a few hundred. Our aim is to always provide great menu selections, that will have you feeling relaxed, knowing that you and your guests will receive excellently prepared, tasty entrees that fit your lifestyle and budget.
We pride ourselves on using the best and freshest ingredients, coupled with unique and exotic island spices to give you a unique catering experience. Our memorable menus are influenced by new American, International, modern Caribbean blending with Southern American cuisines.
